How is the cleaning going?

Facade cleaning:

1. Application of the cleanser: First of all, we spray the facade with a special cleaning agent. It is environmentally friendly not only to the facade, but also to the environment.
2. Facade flushing: After a short exposure to the preparation, we thoroughly rinse the facade with water. We use only low pressure so as not to damage the facade.
3. Application of impregnation: When the facade is clean, we apply a special impregnation for long-term protection.

Cleaning the roof:

1. High pressure cleaning: Unlike facades, we clean roofs with high-pressure cleaning with a rotary nozzle. This method is effective in removing hard-settled dirt.
2. Dirt removal: We thoroughly remove all dirt, algae and moss from the entire roof area.
3. Protective impregnation: After cleaning, we apply a special impregnation, which creates a protective layer on the surface of the roof.

The price of cleaning varies from 4 to 8€ per m², depending on the type of surface, the degree of contamination and the necessary technique. However, we can only determine the exact price after the inspection. The price we have set is final and we will not surprise you with any additional fees once the work is completed.
